By visiting, browsing, registering accounts, purchasing bracelets, bangles, wearable decorative ornaments or accessing any page of this website, you fully acknowledge and unconditionally agree to abide by all clauses in this Terms of Service.

1. General Provisions

1.1 This Terms of Service applies to all website users, including retail customers, wholesale accessory distributors, visitors and registered account holders.

1.2 We reserve the right to revise, adjust and supplement all terms at any time without individual notification to users. Updated clauses take effect immediately after publishing on the policy page. Your continuous use of the website after updates equals acceptance of revised rules.

1.3 Separate wholesale cooperation contracts, custom carving agreements signed between you and our store share equal legal binding force with this Terms of Service, forming a complete transaction agreement.

1.4 All bracelets, bangles and hand ornaments sold on this website comply with Spanish commodity labeling regulations and EU REACH heavy metal restrictions for wearable accessories.

2. Bracelet & Hand Ornament Product & Pricing Rules

2.1 All displayed wearable accessory products depend on real stock quantity. We retain the right to adjust, suspend production or permanently remove any bracelet or hand ornament item without prior notice.

2.2 Website prices may adjust without advance notification, affected by raw material cost, mineral material price fluctuation, exchange rate and international logistics cost changes.

2.3 Material & Authenticity Statement

Natural raw material bracelets and hand ornaments will be clearly marked on product pages; synthetic imitation materials are labeled separately to avoid misleading.
High-value solid material wearable accessories come with official material identification certificates.
2.4 Natural Raw Material Feature Disclaimer
Every natural raw material used for bracelets and hand ornaments has unique natural textures, mineral inclusions, slight color differences and internal natural fissures. These are inherent natural properties of raw materials, not manufacturing defects, and cannot be used as reasons for free return, exchange or compensation.
2.5 We strive to keep product pictures, material parameter descriptions and price information accurate. But system typos, display color deviation and data errors may occasionally occur. If wrong information is found, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel orders generated based on incorrect data.

3. Order Submission & Payment Regulations

3.1 When placing an order, you warrant all submitted information (consignee name, delivery address, contact information, tax info, custom carving demands) is true, complete and valid.

3.2 We may refuse, suspend or cancel any order at our independent discretion under these circumstances:

(1) Order information is suspected of fraud, abnormal bulk purchase or fake identity;

(2) Orders violate Spanish import & export laws or clauses of this agreement;

(3) We judge the transaction carries credit risk or security risk;

(4) Ordered bracelets or hand ornaments are out of stock or face production obstacles.

3.3 Custom Accessory Special Final Sale Rule

Custom carved hand ornaments, resized bangles, personalized engraved bracelets, bespoke custom inlay orders are Final Sale. Once carving/production starts, no return or exchange is accepted unless confirmed factory inherent defects.

3.4 All payments must be completed through official payment channels displayed on our website. Private transfer and offline third-party remittance are not accepted without written confirmation from customer service. Please keep payment vouchers for order reconciliation and after-sales verification.

4. Intellectual Property Rights Statement

4.1 All website content belongs exclusively to YCY store and is protected by international copyright, trademark law and intellectual property regulations: bracelet & hand ornament product images, hand-carving design drafts, brand logos, accessory packaging design, product copy and shooting videos.

4.2 Without advance official written authorization, no individual or enterprise may copy, reproduce, distribute, edit or use any website content for commercial purposes.

4.3 Unauthorized intellectual property infringement constitutes breach of this agreement. We reserve rights to refuse subsequent cooperation and claim corresponding legal compensation against infringers.

5. Shipping, Signing Inspection & After-Sales Warranty

5.1 On-site inspection rule before signing receipt

All high-value bracelets and hand ornaments are shipped with loss insurance. You must fully inspect package and accessory condition before confirming delivery signature. After signing receipt, surface crack, chip and packaging damage caused by logistics transportation will not be covered by after-sales service.

5.2 Limited 1-year manufacturing defect warranty

We provide free factory repair within 1 year of purchase for inherent production flaws (uneven polishing, loose decorative inlay from factory assembly).

5.3 Wear & Tear Disclaimer

Crack caused by collision, accessory surface scratch, color fading from chemical contact, loose decorative pieces falling due to daily impact are normal wear and tear from personal use, which are excluded from free warranty service.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Our store shall not be liable for indirect loss, incidental loss, profit loss, business interruption loss arising from your use or inability to purchase our bracelets and hand ornaments, including lost cooperation orders and third-party compensation claims.

6.2 The maximum total compensation liability for a single accessory order shall not exceed the actual full amount you paid for that order.

6.3 We are not responsible for losses caused by uncontrollable force majeure: natural disasters, Spanish customs inspection delay, international logistics suspension, raw material supply interruption, website system failure and hacker attacks.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1 All transactions and this Terms of Service are governed and interpreted under the laws of Spain.

7.2 Any dispute generated from bracelet & hand ornament orders shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit disputes to designated Spanish judicial institutions for settlement.

8. Terms Modification & Update

8.1 We can add, delete or adjust any clause of this service agreement according to business adjustment and Spanish legal update demands.

8.2 Modified terms take effect immediately after posting on the policy page. Your continuous browsing and ordering after update means full acceptance of new clauses. If you disagree with revised content, you must stop using our website and terminate all purchase cooperation with us
